Returns can only be made within 15 days of purchase.
If you want to return the entire order or just a specific product, you must select the reason for the return.
Depending on the reason, the system will ask you for:
A brief description of the problem, and/or
An image or clear evidence (for example, if it arrived damaged, if it was wrong, etc.).
